We use your information to provide and improve the AdRiseLab platform, generate AI-powered ad creatives, analyze ad performance, provide fatigue detection and optimization recommendations, and communicate with you about your account and product updates.

3. Meta Ads Data

When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access campaign performance data through Meta's official API. This data is used exclusively to provide you with performance analytics, fatigue detection, and optimization recommendations. We never use your ad account data to train AI models or share it with third parties.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your Meta account or cancel your subscription, all associated campaign data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting (Cloudflare), authentication (Meta OAuth, Google OAuth), and analytics (Google Analytics). These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
