Understand billing and credits
Find your subscription, check generation allowances, and keep software costs separate from advertising spend.
Open billing settingsKnow which cost you’re looking at
There are three concepts to distinguish: the subscription for your workspace, credits used by supported generation workflows, and the advertising budget you spend through Meta.
| Item | Where to check |
|---|---|
| AdRiseLab subscription | Billing settings and the pricing page |
| Generation credits | Your balance and the generation action’s displayed credit cost |
| Meta advertising spend | The campaign’s budget and your Meta billing/account reporting |
Check your current plan
Open billing settings to review your subscription and available plan management options. Use the public pricing page when comparing plan allowances.
Check whether you’re viewing monthly or annual billing before comparing prices. Your subscription’s displayed billing information takes priority for the account you’re using.
| Plan | Monthly price | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39/mo | 100 |
| Pro | $99/mo | 300 |
| Scale | $249/mo | 750 |
Check credit usage before generating
Read the credit amount shown by the generation action before you submit it. Selecting more reference images, variations, or formats can increase the total in image ad creation.
Different creative workflows can charge differently. A cost shown for one image workflow should not be applied to video generation or another tool.
If a generation fails and the balance looks unexpected, record the time, workflow, and any visible error, then contact support. Do not assume every failure has the same credit outcome.
Manage a subscription change
Review the confirmation and effective date shown in billing before accepting a plan change. A downgrade can be scheduled for the end of the current period, so the selected future plan may differ from the plan currently in effect.
For cancellation, use the cancellation flow in billing settings and read the displayed access and billing dates. If the status does not update as expected, contact support with your account email and the relevant dates.
Get help with a billing question
Include your account email, the date of the charge or generation, the workflow or plan involved, and the visible error message. If sharing a screenshot, remove unrelated payment or personal information.
You do not need to send a password, Meta access token, or full card details to explain a billing issue.
