Choose Product or App

Ad Flow creates a clip featuring a stock creator talking about your product. Start by choosing Product or App at the top of the page so the creative direction matches what you’re promoting.

This is a generated creative workflow. A stock avatar’s appearance or generated line is not evidence that a real customer used or endorsed your product.

02

Select the product and reference frame

In the Product section, choose an existing product. Check its name and available images before proceeding.

Select the product image you want used as the reference frame. Choose a clean image that accurately shows the product. An incorrect reference can lead to a misleading output even if the rendered clip looks polished.

  1. Select the intended product from the list.
  2. Inspect the reference thumbnails and choose the image you want to use.
  3. Check the product preview before moving to the avatar selection.
03

Choose a stock creator

Use the Avatar section to browse the available creators. The search field helps you find an avatar in the displayed collection.

Check the preview and choose a presenter suitable for your brand and offer. The preview gives you a visual starting point; review the actual rendered output before judging the final result.

04

Set length and review credits

Use the Clip length slider to select the duration. The displayed credit amount follows the duration, so check it again after moving the slider.

The creator’s spoken line is generated as part of this workflow. Longer clips allow a longer take. Do not assume a precise spoken script or a finished testimonial simply from the avatar preview.

Before clicking Generate

Confirm the product, image, avatar, duration, and displayed credit cost. If there are insufficient credits, the interface shows the amount needed and the available balance.

05

Watch the finished clip all the way through

Once rendering finishes, use the video player to inspect the actual clip.

  1. Listen to the full spoken line and confirm every product claim.
  2. Check product appearance, framing, timing, and any visible text.
  3. Confirm that the presenter does not imply an unsupported personal experience or result.
  4. Review the offer and destination again when using the video in a campaign.
06

Troubleshoot a render

If an error appears, note its exact wording and the settings used. Check your balance before retrying, rather than repeatedly starting the same render.

If the result is unsuitable, identify the specific problem first: product reference, presenter choice, spoken claim, or framing. Adjust the relevant input for the next attempt. For an unexpected charge or repeated render failure, contact support with the approximate time and workflow.
